Processing

Your purchase is processed in the order in which it is received. Your order is processed within 24-48 business hours of receipt other than holidays and special sales. 

Shipping Priority or First Class 

Orders are shipped priority to your location through UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once processed. 

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship from California to anywhere in the United States. UPS and USPS Priority shipping is listed as 1-3 business days from when the carrier receives it; however, delays may occasionally occur from the carrier. 

Total shipping time will typically be between 2-5 business days when processing is included. However, we do not guarantee delivery times.

How do I Exchange?

  • Please reach out to fashiontailored.sales@gmail.com and enter your order number and email address to start and explain issues as to why an exchange is being requested
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are Exchangeable? 

  • Within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

The item I received is damaged!

How soon will I get my refund?
